The women with me are the amazing women of the Food Group’s Communications Team.
The camaraderie and support that our team has developed over the years is something we are truly proud of. We understand that everyone has their unique strengths and weaknesses, so we work together to make sure that we all succeed, both in work and in life in general. Interestingly, we’ve discovered that our team’s love language is Quality Time. This means that even in seemingly mundane activities like choosing a cafe to get our coffee fix or helping each other find the perfect foundation shade, we turn these moments into opportunities for bonding and assistance.
In our daily work, we prioritize integrity by creating a culture of open and honest feedback, which fosters a safe environment for all team members to thrive. We achieve this by listening to each other’s perspectives and ensuring that every team member is valued.
