STEP 1

People Interview: Engage with the Talent Attraction team to explore the role and learn more about the opportunity.

Hiring Manager Interviews: Meet with the leads to delve deeper into your qualifications and how well you align with the role.

STEP 3

ASSESSMENTS

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete various tests, which can include cognitive, behavioral, and technical assessments.

STEP 4

FINAL EVALUATION

At this stage, the hiring team will assess your suitability for the role. Your Talent Attraction Partner will contact you to provide feedback once it’s ready. Note that the processing lead time differs based on the business unit and hiring criteria.

Following your interview with our talent attraction team, we will discuss the next steps of the hiring process and provide a timeline for feedback.
