Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Supports Group Attraction team in understanding hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for assigned requisitions. Source and interview candidates for AEV and AEV-managed business units. Provide positive candidate experience in the execution of the end-to-end recruitment process. Provide recruitment support to Groupwide Executive Hiring, from sourcing to scheduling of interviews. Collaborate with attraction partners and hiring managers in order to understand the support that they need. Actively participate in all talent attraction initiatives of the team.

The Events and Productions Specialist will be responsible in managing all events and special projects under AEV. S/he will be using all available internal resources and supervising third party vendors in order to deliver outputs based on service agreement. Key responsibilities include: Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of event management, from concept to logistics and technical requirements to deliver service and outputs according to deadlines and service agreement. Manage the budget allocated for production and delivery of required outputs. Ensure that actual expenses are within approved budget and charged correctly. Handle supplier bidding, accreditation, and evaluation for various projects. Manage the the production and inventory of corporate collaterals, event materials, and giveaways. Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible for the management of system integration and API management. In-charge of assessing and recommending application integration within the Aboitiz Digital Architecture and framework. Manage the design, development, implementation and monetization of APIs that will be exposed to different applications both internal and external to the Aboitiz networks. Interpret, use and apply information contained within IT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IT support systems. Will also be part of the digital architecture team which will be engaged in creating and designing enterprise solutions and align with the group strategy of prioritizing cloud-ready applications.
