The HR Specialist is responsible in coordinating and implementing policies and procedures in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, as well as labor and employee relations and in other areas in Human Resource Management. He/She will conduct screening of applicants through initial interview, testing and backround check in order to assess the fit and quality of applicants. Assist the HR Section Hed in managing and continously improving the HR process implementation. Assist in the implementation of Employee Engagement Programs. Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
The position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all diesel engines and auxiliary machines upon instructions of Operations Supervisor and in accordance with standard operating parameters.
Responsible for conducting corrective and preventive maintenance activities on all main engines and auxiliary equipment. Follow and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the efficient, safe and reliable operation of all generating units during the shift.
