The Toll Mill Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for effective and efficient quality assurance and control of feeds production at toll mill site. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures that in-process feeds conform to the specifications in every process. Ensures that production parameters conform to the agreed standards. Conducts in-process quality inspection, testing, measurement and monitoring from batching to bagging process then checks result if within specification. Intercepts non-conformance and reports findings to Tollmill representative for process adjustments and/or product segregation. Submits quality assurance report of every run. Keeps records of quality assurance result. Other Duties Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior.
