The HR Specialist is responsible in coordinating and implementing policies and procedures in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, as well as labor and employee relations and in other areas in Human Resource Management.
He/She will conduct screening of applicants through initial interview, testing and backround check in order to assess the fit and quality of applicants.
Assist the HR Section Hed in managing and continously improving the HR process implementation.
Assist in the implementation of Employee Engagement Programs.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
