The HR Optimization and Retention Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of the Talent Management Program by conducting Key Talent Reviews, implementing the Individual Development Plans of key talents, and facilitating the review and implementation of the Succession Plan.
This position is also responsible for Job Evaluation and Compensation and Benefits Management. Moreover, the Optimization and Retention Manager shall implement the Universal Training Plan, as well as talent attraction and employee engagement programs and initiatives.
This position is responsible for managing the roll out and maximization of HR Systems and ensuring process improvement.
