At Aboitiz, our core values and behaviors are the bedrock of our identity. They guide us towards our goal of becoming the country’s first Techglomerate. These principles are more than words; they drive our daily actions and interactions - helping shape our culture and determine our collective success.
The Behavior Talk Workshop, spearheaded by the Culture Tribe, and piloted by AboitizPower, is a strategic effort to nurture and reinforce the ideal behaviors that will help us reach a Techglomorate status among our leadership. By embodying these behaviors, our leaders not only foster personal growth but also contribute significantly to the success of the dynamic teams across AboitizPower.
At the first run of our Behavior Talk session, our leaders engaged in insightful discussions about the practical application of our core values and A+10 behaviors.
1AP leaders explored actions aligned with being OPEN and ARTICULATE in the workplace, identifying challenges that impede these behaviors, and addressing barriers to being more Open and being more Articulate.
Through these conversations, each group identified persistent challenges and prioritized them through a collaborative exercise. This enabled participants to share key insights and highlight critical challenges during the plenary session, fostering a deeper understanding of our values and a renewed commitment to truly live our values and behaviors.
