People Interview: Engage with the Talent Attraction team to explore the role and learn more about the opportunity.

Hiring Manager Interviews: Meet with the leads to delve deeper into your qualifications and how well you align with the role.

Do research and come in prepared.
  • Familiarize yourself with the company’s values, culture, and recent achievements. Align your responses with the company’s mission.
  • Grasp the specific skills and qualifications required for the position. Tailor your answers to meet the job requirements.
  • Anticipate queries about your background, strengths, weaknesses, and interest in the role. Practice your responses to these common inquiries.
Use the STAR method for behavioral questions.
  • Situation: Describe the context. Support your answers with specific examples from your past, emphasizing quantifiable achievements.
  • Task: Explain the challenge.
  • Action: Detail your response. Emphasize successful problem-solving instances using the STAR method for clarity.
  • Result: Summarize the outcome or lessons learned.
Be engaging and professional.
  • Ask insightful questions showcasing your genuine interest in the company and role.
  • Dress appropriately and make a positive first impression.
  • Arrive early for in-person interviews or log in promptly for virtual interviews to address any technical issues.
  • Project confidence through posture, eye contact, and a firm handshake (if applicable). Maintain eye contact during virtual interviews.
  • Pay close attention to the interviewer’s questions, respond thoughtfully, and avoid interrupting.
  • Seek clarification when needed.

ASSESSMENTS

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete various tests, which can include cognitive, behavioral, and technical assessments.

STEP 4

FINAL EVALUATION

At this stage, the hiring team will assess your suitability for the role. Your Talent Attraction Partner will contact you to provide feedback once it’s ready. Note that the processing lead time differs based on the business unit and hiring criteria.

Following your interview with our talent attraction team, we will discuss the next steps of the hiring process and provide a timeline for feedback.
